  • Yes, you can order if you are a registered card holder with the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use.

  • Visit a state-certified MMJ Physician to receive a medical marijuana recommendation. This recommendation must be renewed every 7 months. You must be a permanent or seasonal Florida resident. Once approved you can legally purchase from The Flowery.

  • The short answer is – Yes, eventually! The long answer is… it’s complicated. Currently, the state doesn’t allow any sale of hemp-related products along with THC products. Confused?!
